How do computer repair shops clean virous of computer. I got a trojan installed by Spy Shredders, Ran a 4 1/2 hour program to get rid of it, only to find they wonted me to by a license to remove it. Oh this free how to get ride of Spy Shredder was by none other. Buy it, or a License to remove it. I wont to remove it and then sue them, What do I do?

use spybot search & destroy. Its a free one. It will also remove spy shredders. better use rogueremover, update & scan. it will remove most malwares. Don't just allow any pgms on net to scan ur computer.
