Computer Parts Supplier

Is there a website where you post computer parts you want and others will bid/offer for your sale?

For example, I need some used/hard to find parts and I usually search on Ebay first. If I cannot find them, then I gotta scrounge around the web for these hard to find parts. Is there a site that people can list the parts and other vendors would bid for your sale?
