Is there a website where you can buy computer parts and they will assemble the PC before they ship? Not really looking for a brand site where you just customize them and they charge you $1k+; more looking for one where you start from scratch, if there is such a site.

2. yes there is a couple and, the prices are quite good as well and, cheap. My favourte one is dinopc.om and there is also computerplanet.com and, them mesh.com which is like a brand but not hard to explain who they are.
